Some property developers have cooperative arrangements with foreign agencies, which take an agreed number of units from developers and then are responsible for selling them. Unit owners: Some foreign buyers need to move into new accommodation in Thailand as soon as possible, so they are looking for units that are move-in ready. If foreign buyers start to discover that returns consistently fall short of the mark, they may become unhappy and disappear from the Thailand condominium market in the future.
